  • What shipping options do you have?

    SHIPPING OPTIONS
    Standard
    This is normal mail which does not include tracking, delivery confirmation or insurance. Items lost or damaged will be your sole responsibility and you will not be compensated.
    Registered**
    This is a more secure mail which does include tracking and delivery confirmation. Items lost or damaged will be eligible for a store credit coupon covering the value of the purchase.
    Express (DPD)**
    This is the fastest and most secure way to have your order delivered. This option includes full tracking of your package which will need to be signed for upon delivery.

  • How can I track my order?

    You can only track your order if you selected either Registered Mail, Express Mail or DPD - Parcel Tracking during your checkout. You will receive an email from us with your tracking information, however this will only be activated 48h after the shipping date.

    You can also view this by logging into your account. Click on your ORDER HISTORY and select the order you wish to track. In the invoice you will have a link for your tracking number.

  • Do you ship to my country?

    Currently we only ship to the following countries:
    France, Germany, United Kingdom, Austria, Italy, Belgium, Spain, Switzerland, Denmark, Ireland, Canada, Portugal, Greece, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic, Finland, Slovakia, Norway, Hungary, Slovenia, Estonia, Croatia and Sweden

    If there are further restrictions in shipping to your country they can be found on the product page in a warning message.

  • When will I receive my order?

    Your order should arrive within the dates specified below. However, what happens to your order after it leaves our warehouse is out of our control and can always be subject to delays from the shipping company.

  • I did not receive my order, what happens now?

    Most items arrive within the estimated delivery time. If you have not received your item in this time, don't worry as delays do occasionally occur. Please wait 30 calendar days before you contact us to let us know you have not received your item. We will not be able to assist you before this time.

  • Do you have express shipping?

    Yes.
    Registered with signature and tracking.
    Estimated delivery time 1-3 days (Not including Weekends).

  • What happens if I am not home to receive the package?

    This will vary according to your country and the size of the package (Items are always packaged in the smallest possible way). You may receive a message from the shipping company in your mailbox with a contact number or you may be required to visit your local post office or they may attempt a delivery the next day.

  • What happens if I didn't pick up the package?

    The package will be returned to us. This can take up to 30 days. Only when the package returns to us can we offer you the re-shipment option. You may be charged extra shipping costs for this service.

  • I accidentally gave the wrong address, what happens now?

    If the address you gave does not exist, then the package will returned to us. This can take up to 30 days. Only when the package returns to us can we offer you the re-shipment option. You may be charged extra shipping costs for this service.
    If it is an existing address,and the people accept the package and do not return it, then the shop will not be held liable.
