What are the payment options?
Payment information is often updated. You will receive an order confirmation message with your payment details. Please make sure you confirm payment details before sending payment. Minimum order value is 25€.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Bank Transfer

You will receive an order confirmation message in your account mailbox and email with payment details once you complete your order. Please confirm details before sending payment.

Please transfer the total value of your order and DO NOT FORGET to include your ORDER NUMBER in the description when you make the payment.

Your order will be shipped when we receive your payment, usually within 2 to 3 working days.

Crypto Payments (Bitcoin)

Anonymous crypto payments are the fastest and most secure way to make a payment. You can pay in Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash and Ethereum. To complete a crypto payment, simply follow the easy steps provided at the checkout when you complete your order.

Please remember to confirm you are paying the total order value in cryptocurrency or your order will not be processed.

Your order will be shipped when we receive your payment, usually within 24 hours.

Cash Payment

You will receive an order confirmation message in your account mailbox and email with payment details once you complete your order. Please confirm cash payment address before sending payment.

Send cash in euros or pounds (€, £) in an envelope and please make sure to include the Name and Order Number or the order cannot be processed.

Always make sure you send the envelope registered so you can track the envelope and claim a refund if it gets lost. NEVER SEND COINS! Please round up the total of your order (example: if your order total is €41,50, send €40 or if your order total is €43, send €45). We will compensate you for the difference.

Your order will be shipped as soon as we receive your payment. This can take up to 30 days depending on the postal service.

STOCK REMINDER: All products are in stock, unless indicated otherwise on our website. If a product goes out of stock before your payment is received, you will be contacted to either delay the shipping of your order until the product is restocked, request a different product or receive a credit coupon for the respective value.

How do I change my payment method?
Once your order is completed you cannot change your payment method.
If you need to change your payment method please cancel your order and make a new one with your desired payment method.

I completed a Bank Transfer. How do I know you received it?
Bank transfers can take up to 6 working days to clear depending on the country of origin. Once the transfer is received you will receive confirmation by email.
Please do not mail us before 6 working days.

You will receive all the information you need to complete a bank transfer after you have selected that payment option and finalized your checkout.

I have a Credit Card problem. What is the problem?
Please make sure that your credit card is unblocked for use in foreign countries.
Make sure that you have entered the details exactly as they are on the credit card.
The credit card must be from the same country that you are ordering from.
Please make sure your Credit Card is not over your spending limit.

I sent a cash payment why is my order still not sent?
Cash orders are dependent on the postal service. We advise that you always send Cash Orders by registered mail so that you can track your envelope. This can take up to 30 days depending on the origin.
When your envelope arrives it is signed for by the local post office. This does NOT mean that we have already received it. Please count on your order being processed 48h after your postal tracking says your envelope has arrived.

Why can't I see a Credit Card payment option?
We only accept credit card payments from the following countries:
France, Germany, United Kingdom, Austria, Italy, Belgium, Spain, Switzerland, Denmark, Ireland, Canada, Portugal, Greece, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic, Finland, Slovakia, Norway, Hungary, Slovenia, Estonia, Croatia and Sweden
