Do you ship to my country?

Currently we ship to the following countries: 
France, Germany, United Kingdom, Austria, Italy, Belgium, Spain, Switzerland, Denmark, Ireland, Canada, Portugal, Greece, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic, Finland, Slovakia, Norway, Hungary, Slovenia, Estonia, Croatia and Sweden. However, there might be some shipping restrictions for specific products, which you can find listed on the product page.

Is it legal to order from where I live?

All the legal information we have available is listed on the product page. If your country is NOT listed where it states “We don't ship this product to”, then we are not aware of any legal restrictions and your order will be shipped.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay by Bank Transfer, CryptoPayment (Bitcoin) and Cash (by post in an envelope).
 Credit Card is also available for the following countries: 
France, Germany, United Kingdom, Austria, Italy, Belgium, Spain, Switzerland, Denmark, Ireland, Canada, Portugal, Greece, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic, Finland, Slovakia, Norway, Hungary, Slovenia, Estonia, Croatia and Sweden.

Are there delivery delays because of the coronavirus pandemic?

Delays in delivery can be expected during these times. However, our costumers have been receiving their orders, even if with small delays. Our team is doing its best, but this is a situation completely out of our hands.

Can I track my order?

We do offer shipping with tracking but this option is not available for all orders. If the option for registered shipping does not appear when you checkout, then the products you have chosen are not eligible for this shipping option.
